Thoughts

What is keeping us from being involved in the senior film?
(how can we with this information influence future students to participate?)

Are there problems or issues of concern?
(in production, social, personal. Lets provide needed support to each other)

What are current procedures development processes etc our program has developed that are effective.

how can we improve each department/process in development?
(set guidelines or written process to improve quality and efficiency.  identify a keystone habit?)

Thoughts:

Who wants to be a director?  What kind of story will that director work well with? What kind of story do we as a group enjoy or hope to create

Create Idea Box

A visual Leadership access and communication map (line of communication, chain of command; who should you talk to first)

What should not be changed.  (where are we strong)

Identify Individual strengths (then combined as a group where do we need improvement and proficiency in)

how can be become more streamline in work communication etc

Get students on Habit Loop
identify & choose a
simple que:  in a so called pre-identified situation

routine: Take pre-planned action (ex: report to director in 24 hours from incident and present plan to improve)

reward: (ex: reward small or big to those who embrace system or succeed in carrying out correct behaviors routine etc)

be in constant communication.  make it so the most remote participant can get an idea to the director.

rase productivity, film awareness, involvement, communication.  encourage others to become active in the film production process and help one another to improve skill sets, discover strengths weaknesses, set goals, and create a solid understanding (no misunderstanding) of what our expectations are for future individual and group success.
